Employee Benefits
Benefits that help you keep good people.
Attracting and keeping good people in a tight Singapore labour market is hard, and a well-structured benefits package is one of the most effective ways employers compete for talent. We work across our panel — NTUC Income, EQ Insurance and QBE — to put together group insurance that fits your headcount and budget, built around four core covers plus a flexible option for companies that want to go further.
All three insurers provide Employee Benefits policies, so we compare coverage and pricing across the full panel before recommending a programme.

Four core covers, plus a flexible option
Each line below can be arranged on its own or combined into a single group programme sized to your headcount and budget.
Group Hospital & Surgical
This is the foundation of any employee benefits programme — cover for eligible hospital and surgical expenses if an employee is warded or needs an operation, whether from illness or an accident. Plans across our panel include cashless treatment at panel hospitals and clinics, access to diagnostic services like CT and MRI scans, and optional add-ons such as kidney dialysis, cancer treatment, or overseas hospitalisation cover.
Group Outpatient (GP & Specialist)
Outpatient cover extends protection to everyday GP visits and specialist consultations, usually on a cashless basis at panel clinics — so employees aren’t paying out of pocket and claiming later. It’s typically added as a rider on top of the base Hospital & Surgical plan rather than sold as a standalone benefit.
Group Dental
Dental is one of the most valued benefits precisely because it’s rarely covered anywhere else, and it’s another rider option across our panel — covering things like check-ups and fillings, with some plans extending to more involved work such as dentures, up to an annual limit.
Group Personal Accident
Personal accident cover protects employees against death or disablement caused by an accident, whether at work or outside it. It’s often bundled into the base plan or available as its own policy — some insurers on our panel run Group Personal Accident as a standalone product covering death, permanent and temporary disablement, and accident-related medical expenses.
Flex Benefits
Optional add-on
For businesses that want to go further, we also help set up a flexible benefits scheme — a fixed dollar amount set aside for each employee to spend on things like wellness, sports and medical needs, in whatever mix suits them personally rather than a one-size-fits-all benefit. It’s a way for SMEs and larger companies to offer the kind of flexible, personalised benefit usually associated with MNCs, without the administrative burden — claims and payments are handled through a dedicated administration process, so there’s no paperwork for your HR team to chase.
