Protection built around your life, not a template.
Whether it's your car, your home, your family's health, or the domestic helper who looks after your household, personal insurance is about protecting the people and things you can't afford to leave to chance. We work across our panel — NTUC Income, EQ Insurance and QBE — to compare coverage and pricing, then recommend what actually fits your situation.
Car, home, travel, health and personal accident cover are placed across all three insurers. Domestic helper insurance is placed with EQ Insurance and Income specifically.
Six ways we protect what matters to you
Each line below can be arranged on its own or bundled together — we'll help you weigh the options against what you're actually likely to use.
Car Insurance
Whether you're insuring an everyday runabout or a family car you can't be without, our panel offers cover from Third Party Only, through Third Party Fire & Theft, up to full Comprehensive protection — including damage to your own vehicle, not just the other party's. We help you weigh no-claim-discount protection, workshop options, and add-ons like windscreen and roadside assistance cover against what you're actually likely to use, so you're not paying for cover you'll never claim.
Domestic Helper (Maid) Insurance
EQ Insurance & IncomeSingapore law requires every employer of a foreign domestic worker to carry medical and personal accident insurance meeting MOM's enhanced standards — since 1 July 2023, that means at least $60,000 a year in hospital and surgical cover, with insurers bearing 75% of claims above the first $15,000. We place this cover with EQ Insurance and Income, both of which go beyond the statutory minimum: EQ's MaidSafe plan provides the $60,000 medical benefit alongside $60,000 personal accident cover, and arranges the mandatory $5,000 security bond as a guarantee rather than a cash deposit. Income's Basic, Standard and Enhanced tiers all include the same $60,000 medical benefit, with personal accident cover rising to $80,000 on the Enhanced plan, plus wage compensation while your helper is hospitalised. We'll help you pick the tier that matches how long your helper's been with you and what level of protection you want beyond the legal minimum.
Home Insurance
A home policy can cover the building itself, its contents, or both — useful whether you own your flat or house outright, or you're a landlord insuring a rental unit. Plans across our panel range from standard cover for fire, water damage and theft, up to enhanced tiers that add renovation cover, accidental damage, and liability if a visitor is hurt in your home. We'll help you match the level of cover to whether you're insuring a HDB flat, condo or landed property.
Travel Insurance
From a weekend trip to a year of frequent travel, our panel offers both single-trip and annual travel plans covering overseas medical treatment, trip cancellation and delay, and lost baggage. If you're travelling with a pre-existing medical condition or want cover that includes COVID-19-related claims, several of our plans offer that as an add-on rather than leaving you to find a separate policy.
Personal Accident Insurance
Personal accident cover pays a benefit for death, permanent disablement, or injury caused by an accident — regardless of whether you're hospitalised. Most plans also reimburse outpatient treatment for accidental injuries, including GP, specialist and TCM consultations, plus benefits like temporary disability income and dental trauma from an accident — making it a useful layer of protection even for someone who's otherwise healthy. It can be arranged for yourself or your whole family under one plan.
Health Insurance
Hospitalisation and surgical insurance covers the medical costs of an unplanned hospital stay or surgery, whether it's caused by illness or an accident. We'll help you understand how this works alongside your personal accident cover and whatever you already have through work or an Integrated Shield Plan, so you know which policy actually pays out in a given situation.
